Description
YZ, YZR series metallurgy and start up and reuse three-phase asynchronous motors are suitable for driving electric drive of all kinds of hoisting machinery and other similar equipment, with high overload capacity and high mechanical strength. It is suitable for short or intermittent periodic operation, frequent starting, braking, and significant vibration and impact equipment.
The power level and installation dimension of electric motor accord with the recommended standard of IEC60072. The relationship between power level and installation dimension is similar to that of Japan JEM1202 and Germany DIN42681, most of which are interchangeable.
The use of the motor is not more than 1000 meters above sea level, and it can ensure normal operation.
The insulation level of the motor is two kinds of grade F and H. The F level is suitable for the ambient air temperature not more than 40 C, and the H level is suitable for the metallurgical places where the ambient temperature is not more than 60 degrees C. The two kinds of motors have the same parameters.
The motor has good closeness. The motor protection level for general places is IP44, and the motor protection level for metallurgical sites is IP54.
YZR series motors are metallurgical and reusable wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motor products, which meet the requirements of professional standard ZBK26008-89. YZ series are products of three phase asynchronous motors of metallurgical and reusable squirrel cage rotor, which conform to professional standard ZBK26007-89 regulations.
The rated frequency of the motor is 50HZ, and the rated voltage is 380V.
