Main or auxiliary drives for demanding applications

encoTRive MD compact drives have the same electric motors and transmissions as encoTRive MP positioning drives. Thanks to special electronics and absolute value encoders, they are perfectly suited as main drives for precise positioning, for synchronized and cyclical transfer, for positioning sensor systems and for application-optimized portal systems, for example in precision-grinding machines, inspection machines and tool control modules.

The encoTRive MD 300 compact drive can be configured with countless transmission types and gear reductions, e.g. for special machine construction with constantly changing machine configurations. It is also used as a high-performance positioning drive or as an auxiliary drive for peripheral machine functions with special requirements.

The encoTRive MD xxx drive series is available with planetary or worm gear. These compact drives can be individually configured with different gear reductions. encoTRive MD xxx drives are excellently suited for large-scale production, as positioning drives or as auxiliary drives for peripheral machine functions with less demanding mechanical requirements.

encoTRive MD drives are equipped with electronically commutated motors.
